We also value you as a customer and that is why customer service is a top priority for us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return policy detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Online purchases must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original provided shipping label and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging.
Once your return is received and processed by the office (usually within three business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days. Please make a note, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time to have the refund post to your account.
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when fulfilling the order.
